Technical info: The service uses a simple regex pattern in Nginx to capture the specified subdomain in order to then append it to https://psychonautwiki.org/wiki/?search= - The ?search= variant was used as MediaWiki is case-insensitive by default, and domain names are generally converted to lower-case by browsers, which can cause issues upon trying to browse for a substance abbreviation, i.e. LSD. In the latter case the PsychonautWiki team seem to have taken care of the issue by either configuring MediaWiki to handle titles case-insensitive, or by configuring redirects for sites that need it, however since I did not know their exact setup the ?search= variant seemed to be the most robust way to go. It's basically the same as typing the string into the wiki's search box.
